• Vehicle lockout assistance

• Fuel delivery

• Other minor roadside services agreed upon before work begins

TRAK Roadside does not provide towing services unless expressly stated otherwise.

Services are subject to technician availability, location, weather, traffic, road conditions, vehicle condition, and safety considerations. We may decline or discontinue service when conditions are unsafe or when the requested work is outside the scope of our available equipment or services.

    2.    SERVICE REQUESTS AND ARRIVAL TIMES

Any arrival time provided is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Traffic, weather, road closures, emergency conditions, incorrect location information, and prior service calls may affect response times.

Customers must provide accurate information regarding their location, vehicle, requested service, and any conditions that may affect the safe performance of the work.

    3.    CUSTOMER AUTHORIZATION

By requesting service, you represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or are legally authorized by the owner to request service.

You authorize TRAK Roadside and its technicians or contractors to access and perform the requested work on the vehicle. We may request identification, vehicle registration, proof of ownership, or other documentation before performing a lockout or other service.

    4.    VEHICLE CONDITION AND PREEXISTING DAMAGE

Customers are responsible for informing the technician of known mechanical problems, aftermarket modifications, damaged or missing components, wheel locks, security systems, specialty tires, damaged lug nuts, or other conditions that may affect service.

TRAK Roadside is not responsible for preexisting damage, ordinary wear, hidden defects, manufacturer defects, improperly installed parts, corroded components, swollen or damaged lug nuts, damaged wheel studs, defective spare tires, or damage resulting from conditions that could not reasonably be identified before service began.

A customer should inspect the vehicle after service and notify us promptly of any concern.

The customer is responsible for providing a safe and usable spare tire unless TRAK Roadside has specifically agreed to provide another option.

TRAK Roadside does not guarantee the condition, air pressure, age, suitability, or roadworthiness of a customer-supplied spare tire. Temporary spare tires must be used according to the vehicle manufacturer’s speed and distance limitations.

Tire repairs are subject to inspection. Some punctures, sidewall damage, wheel damage, or tire conditions cannot be safely repaired.

A successful jump-start does not guarantee that the vehicle’s battery, starter, alternator, charging system, electrical system, or other components are functioning properly.

When installing a battery, TRAK Roadside is not responsible for manufacturer defects or warranty obligations belonging to the battery manufacturer or supplier. Any applicable product warranty will be governed by the manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty terms.

    7.    VEHICLE LOCKOUT SERVICES

Lockout services may involve specialized tools placed near doors, windows, weather stripping, locks, or interior controls. Although reasonable care will be used, some vehicles may have fragile, previously damaged, modified, or unusually designed components.

The customer authorizes the requested entry attempt after being informed of these inherent risks. TRAK Roadside is not responsible for preexisting damage or damage caused by defective, weakened, modified, or deteriorated vehicle components.

    8.    ROADSIDE SAFETY

Customers and passengers must remain in a safe location and follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the technician.

    9.    PRICES AND PAYMENT

Pricing may vary according to location, mileage, time of day, vehicle type, requested service, parts, equipment, accessibility, and the condition of the vehicle.

The customer is responsible for charges authorized before or during service. Payment is due when requested unless another arrangement has been approved in writing. Additional work or parts will not be charged without customer authorization.
